Universal Visa & Immigration Services (UVIS) believes in helping our customers and therefore has a liberal cancellation and refund policy. We guarantee 100% U.S working visa services to all our customers as long as he/she provides all requirements [documents and fees] as instructed.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

You can cancel your Visa Application after taking our services or after submitting your Visa documents to us.

Cancellation by Universal Visa & Immigration Services (UVIS).

  1. We are authorized to cancel your visa application before submitting the visa petition number to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services [USCIS] or to the Consulate if we found some fraud or wrong documents submitted by you. That is why before we accept any form of payment of fees, the applicant's employment contract letter MUST be confirmed at the U.S Department of Employment Register Portal if the visa is related to a U.S Working visa. Upon confirmation, shall we accept any form of payment for the visa processing.

Cancellations by the customer.

  1. If a customer cancels their travel plan due to any reason after submission of visa documents to us, they are liable to pay only our service charges. If their visas are not yet applied from us to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services [USCIS] or to the Consulate, we can refund the full visa fee paid by the customer within 5 days through the method of payment (Bank transfer) only.

Refund

A 100% refund is available only on the following grounds and is confined to these grounds only:

  1. If a customer visa application is denied/rejected after providing all information and documents required as instructed, Universal Visa & Immigration Services (UVIS) refunds 100% processing fees paid and equally pays US$20,000 for breach of trust within three [3] working days unfailingly.
  2. If the immigration rules changed, and the applicant does not qualify under the new rules when the visa has been applied.
  3. If the skills assessment is rejected under the Immigration Process and the customer was not pre-informed by Universal Visa & Immigration Services (UVIS) before accepting payment.
  4. If we are unable to submit the application on time to the Immigration department due to our logistics delay and the visa application is affected.
  5. Failure to provide the visa within the promised time/date when all requirements have been met by the customer as instructed, Universal Visa & Immigration Services (UVIS) pays the customer US$20,000 breach of trust.

NON-REFUNDABLE

A 100% refund only on the following grounds and is confined to these grounds only:

  1. If a customer refuses to follow or adhere to the visa application instructions, total paid visa fees including service charges are non-refundable.
  2. If a customer cancels their plan after submission of their visa application to an authorized submission center/consulate/embassy, total paid visa fees including service charges are non-refundable.
  3. In case the client withdraws any service prior to its visa application completion approval, the company won’t refund any amount to the client.
  4. The company won’t be held responsible when the client uses credit or debit cards for payment.
